Greeted with such a wholesome welcome. My tea jug was barely empty and a waiter replaced it with a full one! Service is definitely not short here!
I see how this restaurant flows from tje corner of the restaurant and was technically a Birds Eye view! I noticed how everyone covered areas that needed attention.
Service is quick! I was recommended to come here from a friends son! Looking forward to my next meal here!
Went back for Tsukumen because I’ve been really wanting the dip ramen as of late, so I have intentions to come back and try many other items on thejr menu as well.
I’ve found that I really prefer the less fishy potent flavors and much rather prefer spicy miso.
I enjoyed the broth here. It was oilier than other spicy broths I’ve had but because it was not so thick I enjoyed it very much!

Read moreBeing that this place is right on Highway 58, I’ve driven by it many many times and have been meaning to stop here for years. I finally set aside a few minutes to make it happen, and I’m definitely glad I did! I was worried that there wouldn’t be parking due to its location, but on the contrary, there is plenty, and it’s extremely easy to access. I was greeted by the staff immediately, and was given one of the electronic menus with English options to make things super easy. I was surprised to find that their signature dish wasn’t actually Ramen, but a very similar dish called “Niku soba”, so I gave it a shot. It was very very similar to Ramen, except the meat they used was more of a shabu shabu style rather than the traditional thin slice of pork. Regardless, the flavor of the soup was top-notch, and the texture of the noodles was spot on. The soup’s on the garlicky side, if that’s something you like. Overall, I’m a very happy customer and will be back again when I’m in the area. Thank you, Marugen...
Read moreBeen here several times. The Ramen is excellent and a good price (not cheap), but not expensive. Great place to take my family of 4 to eat on a budget. Iced Green (Ocha) tea is provided free of charge with your meal and plenty of refills. The Spicy ramen comes in 2 levels medium and hot. The Gyoza (pot stickers) is excellent. Be hungry and ready to eat, this place will more...
