We walked in and was seated after a few minutes. I saw plenty of open tables. Once we sat down at the table, the lady left and never returned to give us a menu. We had to ask another waitress for a menu. Ordered the char shui noodle soup and shrimp & vegetables lunch sets. The char shui was more of tonkatsu, the noodles were store bought soba and the soup was too salty. For the shrimp and vegetables; sauce was too salty. The shaolung bao was frozen store bought and had little to no soup. The hot coffee at the drink bar was burnt. The only thing I enjoyed in this place was the craft ginger ale at the drink bar. My wife found this place on Google Maps and we tried it out. It was a pleasant surprise. The staff was awesome, especially a young staff member named Kiki who spoke absolutely perfect english. We complimented her on her perfect English and she said she was self taught but never gets a chance to use it. I’m hoping more English speakers try this place and give her a chance to use what she has learned. The food was great. We got the chicken and veggies in oyster sauce and the pork roast. 浦添の沢岻にある新しい、中華料理レストラン。箱が大きく、宴会やレストランウェディングなんかにも対応できそうな感じ。

典型的な赤を基調とした豪華絢爛な感じの内装ではなく、店内はクラブミュージックが流れ、内装もバーカウンターやオープンキッチン、薄い木目のカフェ風テーブルなど、ファミレスとホテルのバンケットやラウンジを合わせて3で割った感じ。

お料理 普通に美味しいです。 わかりやすい味付けで、辛すぎることもなく子供や高齢者にも食べやすい味だと思います。 ただ、本格中華を求めてる方には物足りないかも。また、お値段に対して少し量は少なめ。素材は大きいですが、価格に対しては量は少なめかもしれません。ランチは、メイン指定のビュッフェあるみたいなので、それだと、量の問題はないのかなー。

サービス お邪魔したタイミングが悪かったのか？かなり、お料理提供までのタイミングがゆっくりでした。お料理提供に時間がかかることは、オーダー時に案内されてたので、特に問題はなかったものの、オープンキッチンの中のスタッフが、上手く動けてないのが、上から丸見えだったので、ちょっとそこは要改善だと思います。鍋が完全に空いてる。しょっちゅう何か調理用具を探している。会計時にも、隣で、オーダー確認（あれ、これどこのテーブルのオーダーだ？とプチパニックになっているのが聞こえたので、、）ばかりしている。 まだ、オープンから日が浅くて、キッチンスタッフの技量が、まだ、箱の大きさに対応してないのかもしれないですね。。少し厳しめの意見になりましたが、お店自体は素敵な内装なので、是非、頑張って頂きたいなと思います。作り置きしやすい前菜やおつまみ的メニューを、増やすなど、メニューの見直しをしても良いのかなと思いました。（それこそ、醬とスティック野菜のセットなんかでも良いと思いました）
