改善するところ沢山ある。

持ち帰り注文して、家に持っていて確認したらティッシュが入ってなかった。これについては、素手で食べろとでもいうのか。それとも、単に入れ忘れたのか。注文した量が少なくて、あんまり払っていないから、手抜き接客されて、ティッシュ入れてなかったのか。客に言われなくても入れるようにしてほしい。せめて、最低限必要か聞いてほしかった。わざわざ客に入れるように指摘してもらう面倒をかけさせるのか。以前2回ほど、来店したときはしっかり「入れますねー」と一声かけて、入れてくれたのに。たまたまそういう店員に当たったということなのか。 こういう感じの印象を与えかねないから、店舗側でそこら辺の対応についての指導が改善できればなと思った。

接客態度も良くも悪くもないが、どうしても違和感を感じてしまうことがある。カウンターが段差にあり、レジ側が高い位置にあるから、店員側が高い位置に立っているので、物理的に目線が高くなってしまう。それでなんとなく威圧感を与えてる印象があるから、そこらへんを考えながら、安心感のある対応をして接客改善してくれたら...
