Yesterday, I visited your buffet and I was looking forward to my second small portion of cube pork . I observed that the chef finished preparing fresh batch and place it in the serving dish, only to cover it with saran wrap before it could be served, despite the dish being empty . I waited , expecting it to be offered , but it remained covered. This seems unusual, and I left wondering if there might have been an oversight in service or perhaps a different reason for this action.
