Ramen restaurant — Restaurant in Utsunomiya

I ordered the sweet and spicy black shoyu ramen, with char siu topping. My wife ordered the vegetable shio tanmen. When I sipped my soup, I felt that something about the water made the taste not to my liking. Wife and I did a tasting of the others, and decided to switch. The tanmen has a lighter, and more palatable taste for me. The There was truly a lot of vegetables, and they were tasty. But still not "great" for me. I can't say I'm a fan of the meals I've had here so far, but am willing to try the Kyoto ramen that headlines the menu.

栃木ではあまり知られていないであろう、京都ラーメン。京都駅近くのたかばしに老舗が2軒あります。 そのうちの一軒、第一旭が特に自分のお気に入りで古く通っていますが、単身赴任先の栃木県で唯一の京都ラーメンのお店が、こちらの金閣寺。 初めて訪れました。 注文したのは京都ラーメンの醤油。 それと、トッピングでネギと焼豚。 京都ラーメンの塩もメニューにありましたが、それは自分にとっては邪道なので次回以降にします💦 店主に第一旭との関わりを伺いましたが、全く関わりないと…。只々第一旭が好きで北海道出身の店主が研究されたとの事。 もやしと九条ネギ、焼豚と麺を絡ませてワシワシ食べるのが自分流ですが、こちらの京都ラーメンもそのやり方でもしっかりと受け止めてくれました！ 独特のしょっぱさも良し！ 麺は毎日京都から直送と書いてありましたが、第一旭か、新福菜館のラーメン藤でお馴染みの近藤製麺製に近く、若しくは関西の超スタンダードの麺屋棣鄂にも似ていまして、今度店主に聞いて見ようと思いました！ 焼豚はもっと薄切りでも良いと思いました。 グラム数同じで、薄切りにして枚数を倍にする...
