Ramen Genkiya — Restaurant in Wajima

Since the renewal, all the menu items are very tasty and I go there everyday. If possible, it would be great if there were variations of vegetable ramen, chashu ramen, negi ramen, and light ramen with soy sauce, miso, salt, and pork bone for more choices.It would be too good if they had a half menu of fried chicken, mapo tofu, sweet and sour pork, and leek liver.There is no hassle in terms of taste.The owner and his wife, as well as the part-time (?) staff, are very energetic and friendly.The lady at the restaurant is also very energetic and has a good atmosphere. ⁡㊗️2024年4月19日(金) 営業再開㊗️ ⁡⁡** ★～ラーメンハウス元気屋～★⁡

8月17日(土)に行われる「深見町復興支援 夏まつり」に参加する為に前日の16日(金)に輪島市へ。輪島に来てもやっぱりラーメンが食べたい。ということで「ラーメンハウス元気屋」さんへ。「元気屋」さんも今年1月1日の能登半島地震で被災し、その後は輪島復興に向けて炊き出しに力を注ぎながらもラーメン店の営業はできない状態でした。様々なご苦労、悩みもある中で、周りの皆様の声かけや支えを力にしながら、2024年4月19日(金)に営業を再開されたとのこと。

10名を越えるグループでの来店ということもあり、19時に予約。到着して入店すると店内は満席。店内は明るく清潔感があり活気に満ち溢れてる。私はカウンター席へ。調理場は店主さんのワンオペながら、メニューはめちゃくちゃ豊富。色々メニューを見ながらも、店名を冠した「元気ラーメン」をオーダー。

思っていた以上に早く着丼。想像以上のボリューム。卵黄にタップリのニンニク、野菜にチャーシュー等、これはホントに元気出そう！...

ホテル高州園の隣にあります。

自分は野菜塩バターチャーシュー、嫁さんは元気ラーメンを注文しました。

自分のラーメンは普通に美味しかったです。

元気ラーメンは肉がたっぷりで生卵、にんにく入りで、味噌ベースのスープで美味しかったです。

近くには地元で有名な８番らーめんがありますが比べても美味しかったです。

ただ、味は濃いめです。

薄味が好きな人には向いていないと思います。

写真にはありませんが、フグの唐揚げがオススメです。
