土曜の夜に一人で予約してから行きました。 評判通りよいお店でした。 熱燗を飲みながらカニみそ、白子。冷で握り、刺身、焼き魚を頂きました。 どれも美味しかったです。 女性陣が非常に親切な反面、大将がカウンターでイライラしてたのが気になったのと、シャリがもう少し柔らかく握られたらなと感じましたが、全体的に満足です。 途中持ち帰りを持ちに来る方も大勢いらして地元に愛されているのだなと感じました。

初めてで最後の輪島かもしれませんが次回来るときはまた寄らせてもらいたいと思います。 こちらのお寿司屋さんは付け台にお刺身を置いて、握りはお皿で提供するのですね。 握りをお任せで願いしたからかな。
