Matsuno Sushi — Restaurant in Yaizu

For the celebration of my parents' birthdays, I had the privilege of being introduced to this restaurant by a friend, and it was my first visit. Following the advice that the ultimate happiness lies in having the chef prepare sushi right before you at the counter, I promptly reserved a counter seat without hesitation. On the day of our visit, the counter seats were fully occupied, but each one of us received the utmost attention from two master chefs. Needless to say, the sushi served was delightful. The Anago (saltwater eel) Nigiri, in particular, was a masterpiece, and I couldn't resist having two pieces. The restaurant's exclusive sake selection stood out, adding an extra layer of enjoyment for my parents. We left highly content, concluding the birthday celebration on a high note.
