The hotel was pretty grungy, but the staff were very accommodating and patient with our limited Japanese. Check in was quite a bit of a challenge, but Google translate helped quite a bit. The two female staff were delightful and jovial as we hacked our way through the jungles that was our language barrier. The morning breakfast had many choices and was pretty good. The service is excellent. Breakfast is included and tasted good. It is very closed to the station. However, one downside is that the hotel itself is a bit old. Carpet is a bit dirty. And on the first night we arrived, we found a spider in our room. So looks like the hotel is a bit old and not that clean. Need improvement...

This is a nice reasonable Hotel to stay at. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean. It is in a wonderful location, only a short walk from the Train Station.
