They, like many other businesses these days, are going more and more automated. They have robotic carts that drop your order off at your table after you order from a tablet. Payment can be made from the table with certain QR payment services, or you can pay at a terminal in the front. You really only see staff when they're cleaning off tables, or if you need your parking validated. The food is as good as any other chain family restaurant, though I would add, most menu items are lower in carbs than comparable items from their biggest competitor. (Most are not even close to being okay on keto.) They have an all-you-can-drink soft drink bar. One major downside to this location is that they don't stay open late into the night.
