They, like many other businesses these days, are going more and more automated. They have robotic carts that drop your order off at your table after you order from a tablet. Payment can be made from the table with certain QR payment services, or you can pay at a terminal in the front. You really only see staff when they're cleaning off tables, or if you need your parking validated. The food is as good as any other chain family restaurant, though I would add, most menu items are lower in carbs than comparable items from their biggest competitor. (Most are not even close to being okay on keto.) They have an all-you-can-drink soft drink bar. One major downside to this location is that they don't stay open late...

生まれて初めてガスト湯田店を利用してみました。いつもは自宅でパン1枚とインスタントコーヒーで済ましていますが、朝早くに用事があり食べそびれたので人生初のガストです。 お店の存在は知っていたので、隣の湯田パーキングに車を入れいざガストです。お店はやや古さを感じましたが、広々として落ち着きが感じられ、ソファもゆったりとしていていい感じです。はやる気持ちを抑え、早速モーニングを注文。タブレットでしたが何の問題もなく注文完了。程なくしてタブレットに「間もなく料理が届きます」のメッセージが入りましたが、そこで現れたのがロボットではありませんか。これまた人生初のことでおったまげ❢　湯田の街にもロボット現る‼️ ついに田舎にも自動化の波かと驚くばかりでした。ドリンクバーなのでコーヒーとお水を取りに行き、席に戻っていざ実食。厚切りのパンは表面はカリッと中はフワフワとまずは合格。目玉焼き(2個)も申し分のない火の通し加減。サラダも割と多めと、何一つ不満な要素はありませんでした。流石に名の通ったガストだなと感心しました。更に驚かされたのはその価格です。520円ですよ～(驚)　コメダ珈琲のモーニングも利用しますが、ボリューム、味は同価格帯ながらガストの方がコストパフォーマンスは上だなと感じました。確かにスタッフも少なくセルフという点ではコメダ珈琲にはかないませんが、徹底的なコスト管理がされていると感心しました。コメダ珈琲は如何にも喫茶店という感じで、ガストはファミレスというコンセプトなので一概に比較は出来ませんが、私的にはガストに軍...
