私は５千円のコースしか食べたことないですが、思わず「わぁ！」と声があがる付出し？から始まって、数種類の手の込んだ前菜、彩の綺麗なスープ仕立てのお魚料理、絶妙な焼き加減のお肉！ シメは、日によって変わるごはん類か麺類☆ 最後のデザートがまたとっても美味しいです（≧∇≦）

店内は清潔感があるオープンキッチンにカウンターと数席、2階は団体で使えるみたいです。 オーナーシェフが作られている姿が見えて、次は何が出てくるかな？と、テンションも食欲も上がります。

忙しそうなシェフですが、対応も説明もとても丁寧で、美味しいお料理が出てくる秘密が分かる感じでした☆

こちらの、母が和テイストが好きという要望も聞いて下さり、和が多めのお料理を出して頂きました。

そして、とにかく全てが美味しい！かなり手間暇かけて作っていらっしゃるようですし、水からこだわっていらっしゃるようです。 山口にこんな美味しいところがあるなんて、と皆んなで感動しました。
