OMGGGG THIS RAMEN IS SOOOO GOOD! The name means garlic ramen. He has two kinds. Tonkotsu shoyu ( pork and soy sauce base) or Tonkotsu miso ( pork and miso base). You’ve got to add a pieces of crushed garlic and ground sesame trust me 😍 It’s very delicious definitely a “treat ramen” although it’s not heavy it feels very high in fat: sodium ( hence the deliciousness) the owner runs the entire shop BY HIMSELF! Cleaning cooking waiting tables etc. so when you sit down there’s a towel it’s your job to wash the space you use. He’s very kind. I wish it was open...

2018.10.19(金)夜 味噌チャーシュー麺1100円を頼んだ。 チャーシュー麺復活。 チャーシュー激旨。 これだけ食べると食べごたえある。

2018.9.19(水)夜 味噌ラーメンを食べた。 醤油煮ニンニクがあり、 ガッツリそれを食べた。 くそ旨かった。

2018.9.14(金)夜 2018.9.15(土)夜 共に12:30過ぎに行って満席。 大人気店。 金曜日は味噌ラーメン、 土曜日は醤油ラーメン食べてみた。 にんにくを沢山入れて楽しんだ。 次の日は大変だ。

2018.8.30(木)夜 12:30頃に伺った。 味噌ラーメンを頼んだ。 梅干し入りのにんにくを入れて食べた。 さっぱりした味になり平日に食べるのは 良かった。

2018.8.24(金)夜 12:30頃にお店に伺い、満席で、 自分が二人めだった。大人気店である。 少し年配の方が多い気がする。 12:45に売り切れになった。 なんとか間に合って良かった。 売り切れで10人以上の方が帰っていった。 にんにく10個はやめた方が良い。 食えたもんじゃなかった(笑) にんにくは4つ位がお薦め。

2018.8.20(月)夜 夏期休暇が終わったので、即行ってみた。 お店は満員で待ちの人が5人くらいいた。 味噌ラーメン800円を頼んだ。 にんにくを四つ入れて、元気満タン。 やはりにんにくやはにんにく入れると くそうまい。また週末に食べに行こう。

2018.8.11(土)夜 8.11から19日まで夏期休暇で お店は休みである。

2018.8.6(月)夜 再開して初来店した。 東小金井でやっているにんにくやの 師匠さんがやっているお店が 中央林間の店だと聞いた。 東小金井の時は学生だったので、 にんにくを10個くらい入れていたが、 社会人なので4個で控えめにしたが、 次の日スメルハラスメントを回りに 起こしてしまった。 味は東小金井同様に美味しかった。 にんにく入れればなお美味しい。

2018.8.1(水)夜 8月3日(金)から再開するらしい 待ちわびた再開である。
