I do not normally like McDonald's food but here in Japan it is so completely different from the United States. It is so much better. I have been to the one in our town and I like it a lot. The one we visited today, in Yanai was amazing. The long line immediately was taken care when the manager offered customers to order online if paying by credit card. When we reached the counter (we were using cash) the employees were fast, efficient and very polite. They gave us a number to bring to our table (there were 7 of us) and the delivered 3 trays of food to us. One very attentive employee saw that I was asking about more napkins to one of my children and she immediately brought us more napkins. Here in Japan the trash is separated for recycling and the customer usually does this when they are finished with their meal. Today as my kids went to take care of their trash, the employees took it for us. They were all so kind and polite. I even noticed that the manager had gone and held the door for an elderly Japanese couple coming into the restaurant. Overall the experience was just amazing. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this establishment.

マクドナルド柳井店に初めて来ました。最近は初めての事が多いので急に楽しい事も増えました。こんなに美味しくて明るい雰囲気の楽しいお店に父と母と僕で来たかったです。お店の内装も良いと思います。特には外でお店の名前やマクドナルドのMのアルファベットが入った看板を見つけたらなんだか凄くウキウキします。今度は何を注文しようと本当に気分がのっています。美味しい食べ物が手に入る事はとても大切な事だと思います。母に今日はマクドナルドに行くと言っていましたが、僕はいいけど、母の幸せって何だろうと思います。ハンバーガーが食べられる人はそれだけでも幸せです。水や食べ物は大切にしたいと思います。世界中にはいろんな出来事があります。幸せな事だけなら良いのですが....。世界中が平和でありますように。
かぼちゃのぱんつかぼちゃのぱんつ
夜ならやっぱり倍でしょ！！ 倍フィレオフィッシュ470円 白身魚のフライ美味しい〜♫ 2枚挟んであると食べ応えあります♪ フィレオフィッシュのパンズ、フワフワして美味しい♫ 倍エグチ340円 玉子にダブルビーフで食べにくいけどとっても美味しい♪ このボリュームで340円ならいいと思う！ この組み合わせいいかも( * ॑꒳ ॑*) 今日接客してくれた店員さんすごく良かったです！ 楽天ポイントを提示するのに手間取る私を待っててくれたし、お湯を頼んだらキッチンに「お湯分かるように印つけたげてーー」って。 男性クルーだったのですがお湯を頼んでそういう配慮をしてくれたのはこの店員さんが初めてです。

This is my fav since I moved to Yanai.The lady assight to McCafe always welcoming.If she's free and no one attending the counter she comes and greet and take your order But I noticed this other lady I think supervisor or manager coz she's wearing different uniform when it was my turn she left the counter and just left me waiting for someone to take my order.It happened to me twice,not a busy hour tho . But their staff mostly very polite..I remember one guy he was so friendly with foreigners and even enjoyed chatting with us while...

This is very new two story Macdonalds - with elwvator, plenty of space for all. Was abke to get a lot of work done, cant rate highly enough.
