Review written by an American who is related to one of the owners (cousin).
They do not speak English or have English menus. It's OK I got you. They are super kind and will love to host you :)
My cousin and her husband runs this little yakiniku (cooked/grilled meat restaurant). It's a small restaurant about 4-5 tables that can seat 4-5 people each.
They serve a wide variety of meats and veggies paired with seasonings (salt, lemon, ponzu sauce (citrus soy sauce) which will be brought to you. The meal usually comes with a soup (we had seaweed), salad, and a bowl of rice.
To order: SET - just say SET-o (with an o at the end) Pork = buta Beef = beef- fu( fu at the end ) Salad = salad-a Vegetables = yasai
For drinks: Beer = bee- ru. (Kirin, Asahi, etc) Chu-hi = souchu with juice (lime, lemon, calpico) High ball = whisky with juice
I didn't eat any dessert but I believe they have shave ice and ice cream.
Hope you can join them when staying or visiting fabulous yao! My aunts karaoke bar is right across...
