ガスト 釜利谷店 — Restaurant in Yokohama

2025/4/5 (Sat) We came here for a late dinner and this time I will put 4 stars for the service, the last time we came here I put 2 stars of the service because we had a bad night dinner because of the old lady but this time the old lady was not here so we enjoyed eating and relaxed 2025/3/26 (wed) It’s been a long time since we’ve been here, we came here for dinner we ordered at the same time but the robot delivered one by one our order, the robot delivered first my order grilled chicken with rice but only the grilled chicken delivered no rice so I wait until delivered our last order because it delivered one by one our orders but no rice came because they forgot to give me a rice, so I called a staff to give me rice but it takes a little bit long we supposed to enjoy eating dinner here but how can we enjoy if this was happened and one of the staff, ( old woman) maybe she’s the manager or leader…I don’t like her But the foods was all so good...

定番のファミレスです。某イタリアンと違い和食、中華もありハンバーグひとつにしてもラインナップや付け合わせは充実している。ドリンクバーもすかいらーくファミリーはココアなどもあり、2世帯3世帯で行く場合の満足度は高いと思う。ただ、実験的試みは重要だがタブレットオンリーでの注文は年寄りにはハードルが高いと感じる(セットの付け方が難しい)。あと、先に上げた複数世帯でお邪魔したさいも2テーブルにギリギリ届かないと注文のスピードが著しく悪い。クーポンがスマホで番号が見られるのだから、マ●ドナルドのモバイルオーダーじゃないがスマホでメニューが見られるとよい。さらに言えば事前に注文をアップでいると若い人を中心に入力がスマートじゃないかな。あとは「注文はタブレットになりますが、紙メニューはご覧になりますか？」という案内が先にあるとよいとおもった。 あと、個店レベルの話として笹下釜利谷を金沢側からスムーズに入ろうとしたら手前の信号で右折するとおもうのだが、入り口が急勾配、急カーブなうえデリバリーのバイクが突っ込んできて避けないから結局入りにくかった。また、たまたまかも知れないがすかいらーくファミリーにしては元気がないお店だった。たまたまであってほしい。子供は入る前と後で食べたい物ががらっと変わることもあるので...
