CAMEL BAGEL — Restaurant in Yokohama

How are these bagels this good?! Honestly, these might be the best take-out bagels I’ve ever had! They’re thick, flavorful, and come in a wide variety—everything from plain to matcha, and even matcha with white chocolate or cheese. There’s always a long line, but it totally makes sense given the quality.

I just wish they offered cream cheese (didn’t see any), because that would make them absolutely perfect. Also, they’re only open a few days a week starting from 10:30 until they sell out, and trust me—they sell out fast!

The staff are super friendly, and one time I even got a discount when they only had a couple of bagels left. The store is definitely worth the visit, and the prices are pretty reasonable. I’m absolutely in love with these bagels!

I’d been wanting to try their pistachio bagel for the longest time, so on a Friday morning, I showed up 20 minutes before opening and was second in line. I ended up buying the pistachio bagel and three others.

All the bagels were incredibly delicious and exceeded all my expectations! The dough was perfectly chewy, and the flavors were straightforward and spot on.

大倉山・綱島散歩～本日の行程（約３時間）：（大倉山）CAMEL BAGEL → 御菓子司わかば → らーめんshigetomi →（綱島）ドトール珈琲店 → 毎週シュウマイ → パンの田島

今回の大倉山・綱島遠征では、まず此方を目指して来ました。 オープン当初はかなり話題になっていて、その後予約制になっていたと思いますが、現在は、事前予約無しに並べば購入出来ます。 休日は昼前に売り切れることも多いとのことで、10:45に訪問し、30名ぐらいの待機列に接続しました。 店内に入るのに25分強かかりました。

店内は、２組程しか入れないスペースとなっておりますが、商品の種類は豊富です。事前に商品をチェックしていたので、割とスムーズに購入出来ました。

生地は、北海道産三種の小麦をブレンドしているようで、ムチッと感、甘味、香り、全て質が高く、美味しいベーグルに仕上げてあります。 モチモチ、ムチムチではあるものの、比較的やわらかいので、お子さんでも食べ易いベーグルかもしれません。

フィリングが溶けないタイプは、フライパンでカリッとさせていただきましたが、表面がカリッとして、中はサクモチでとても美味しかったです。

個人的には、岩塩バター、オレンジイヨカンクリームチーズ、Wチョコが好みでした。

割とストレスなく並んだのですが、待つのが嫌な方は、平日の開店前に行くと良いかもしれませんね。

なお、人気店ではありますが、店員さんが優しく、急かされることもなく、ゆっくり商品選びできました。
