Chun Shui Tang MOP Yokohama Bayside — Restaurant in Yokohama

Customer service is terrible. I have used chun shui tang's services for 6 years in Yokohama Porta and Bayside Marina stores. Products and services’ quality in Porta store is the same for every visiting. At Bayside Marina store, products’ quality is not the same, sometimes it's dark, sometimes it's light. There was a time when the store wasn't very crowded but I had to wait 30 minutes for 2 cups of milk tea. The worst was 12/30/2022, a male staff serving from 4pm had a very bad attitude. When there were no customers in the store, I wanted to change my seat near the door to enjoy the view outside, but he told me to take the seat he arranged. After I discussed with my friend I wanted to leave, he just changed seats for us. At that time, there were only 3 groups in the store, but my group and the group next to each other had to get water by themselves. If he's the store manager here, it's poor...

I came here on a Friday night because I was craving Taiwanese boba tea and food. I had the beef noodle soup and my husband had the spicy beef noodle soup.
