I occasionally go to Ikinari Steak in Kamiooka when I'm in the mood for a good steak. The food is excellent; the meat is succulent, grilled to perfection, and served on a hot cast iron plate, accompanied by a few small vegetables. I understand it's a budget steak chain, but this flavor can be easily achieved at home IMO. To be fair, I chose the 'economy range' of meats, but for rare and expensive cuts I don't feel the athmosphere there.
