A delightful local restaurant very conveniently located near the station. The couple who run the place are very kind and easy to talk to, even if you are by yourself this place is really easy and welcoming to enter. There is a wide variety of dishes and the desserts change depending on the day. Takeaway is available and packaged with non-single use plastic which is a great bonus. I would’ve love to have been able to leave a review but the sad truth is that, even though there we had a (BIRTHDAY) reservation and even with the hours operation 11:00-20:00, this John guy felt that he would not open up or answer his phone.

I only hope that there wasn’t something more serious happening that would cause this establishment to not be open at 16:45 in the afternoon.

Brunch, lunch, and dinner with Brooklyn Lager on tap to boot, this contemporary but all-American restaurant has everything you crave as an expat. PB&J, grilled cheese with French fries, egg, ham and cheese sandwich, French toast with syrup, Cobb salad, smoked salmon on bagel, chicken and sausage gumbo, spare ribs, Italian meatballs...; my mouth is watering just talking about it.

Plus it helps that John's a super nice guy. I highly recommend...
