"Exceptional Service"

In these times of labor shortage, the service at Bronco Billy was truly exceptional. It was 12:00 PM on a Saturday, during their busiest hours, but the staff managed everything from receiving guests, guiding them to their seats, taking orders, serving, to bussing. It seemed like all staff members could do everything. I got the impression that different people were constantly coming and going to our table. The meticulous attention to detail, such as making rounds in the dining area without ever returning to the kitchen empty-handed, made it clear why the place was so popular.

Of course, the main attraction was the steak, which was delicious beyond words. I had the steak and hamburger set, and perhaps because it had been a while, I savored it all the more.

The salad bar was also extensive, and as expected, I ended up eating too much.

It was an experience at Bronco Billy that made me strongly want to visit...

A restaurant that offers decent steaks at a reasonable price. My only complaint is that due to the uneven thickness of their steaks, though I told them "medium", sometimes the steaks came mostly medium rare...

最寄りエリアなので、時々利用します。この場所にもすっかり定着しましたね。結構駐車場も台数があるのですが、平日日中でもかなりお客さんがいます。店名通りアーリーアメリカンな店内は広く、いつも賑やかです。店員さんの対応も好印象で、帰るときにエレベーターのドアが閉まるまで見送りしてくれるのは素晴らしいです。 ブロンコビリーと言えば、定番のステーキはもとより、サラダバーやこだわり炭焼ハンバーグ、大かまどごはんなど魅力的なメニューが豊富です。 実は自分は、こだわり炭焼ハンバーグのレアな食感や肉汁が少し苦手で、先日は普通のハンバーグが食べたくて「ビリーハンバーグ」を食べました。荒みじんのパテのシッカリ食感でとても良かったです。ランチタイムだとスープ＆ライスのセットが税込みで1000円未満(2023年8月現在)。他にもチキンステーキランチが1000円未満なので、サラダバーやサイドメニューにこだわらなければ、コレはコスパ良いです。 今まで、ランチで食べるには少し割高感を感じてましたが、コレからは訪問する頻度が増えそうです。 先日アプリを見たら、誕生日クーポンでバースデーケーキがいただけるということで注文して見たのですが、「ローソクを立てて、店内を暗くして、バースデーソングを流します。」と、スタッフさんにニコやかに言われたましたが、そこは丁重にお断わりしました。出てきたケーキを見て納得。お子さん達は喜びそうですね。でも、おじさん向けの...
