Really liked this place — it’s a cozy, tight-knit tavern with a great vibe. They have both a regular menu and a separate specials menu, and everything we ordered was flavorful and well-made.
We came in as a party of seven. At first, we were seated at the bar, but the staff was super accommodating and moved us to a larger table in the back as soon as it became available. Everyone — from the bartender to the servers — was friendly and welcoming.
Standouts were the oyster clam chowder and the oyster and mushroom cream spaghetti — both were rich, comforting, and delicious. We also tried the glizzards, which were interesting, but a bit too chewy for my taste. It made me wonder if they could have been cooked a little better.

It's very unfortunate because we are living here for a few years and would have...
Read moreWe reserved a table for seven during the weekday and it wasn’t crowded at all. Our party opted for a set menu and the charge per person was ¥5,000 which included all you drink beverages for two hours. We had a total of seven courses served in family style dishes to share with the group. The food was hot and the drinks were replenished quickly. They do not have parking but you can find a lot to park. The parking fee was a bit steep because it’s summer time - it was ¥1,800 for a couple hours. It’s best to take the train especially if you will be drinking...
