I was pleasantly surprised by this little take away. We only stumbled across it whilst sightseeing round the island. There was quite a queue when we arrived but it moved along at a good steady pace so we didn't have to wait to long after we had ordered. We ordered fish & chips and scampi & chips, it was really nice. The food was well cooked and the oil must've been clean too as it all tasted "clean and fresh", unlike some takeaways where you can even smell the dirty oil whilst the food is cooking. The Kiosk must have a good reputation locally as this would explain the continuous flow of people arriving to join the queue whilst we ate sat at the tables outside. It was very nice little takeaway and I would not hesitate to return when visiting the...

Popular place and outside seating available on the main road. One of the very few and cheap places for some great Jersey ice cream that seems to be practically non-existent on this rude island.

This place does have some good fast food options although two stars given for rude and unwelcoming staff who grunt and don't even offer a smile. Good luck if you get the Irish lad as your ice cream will go sour due to the most dreadful behaviour and greeting. Won't be returning here and nor the island. Lost its way a bit over the decades and most, if not all, the service outlets are expensive and staff are just rude as they appear to be here. Visited twice and another young girl had a very bitter...

The owner is a bit of an old curmudgeon, customers requirements seem to irritate him, he likes professional customers not ones that can't make their mind up or change their minds halfway through an order..Amusing to watch and listen to. It's alfresco dining with ticket parking (free on slipway when tide is out) public loos close by seems OK for wheelchair users, great little place on the prom and cycle track. Good choice of food, just know what you want before you queue otherwise you will be the cause of the queue and that will get the old curmudgeon in a frenzy and you will put a pause in his usually professional and swift service......

Have been coming here for many years and am never disappointed with any of the food, the burgers are tasty and filling also very nice ice cream, the staff are always friendly with decent service as sometimes there are big queues which shows how popular it is, plenty of parking nearby, also the cycle track and 50 yards to the beach, what more could you ask for on a nice sunny evening

We have had two different burgers and some chips. Not bad after all, but not exceeding the taste of any ordinary car boot sale type of burgers. Next time we should try fish and chips maybe. On the positive side you can pay by card, ample parking spaces available and the seaview is just fantastic. Be aware/warned of the cheeky seagulls trying to steal your food!
