Really bad experience!!! That red-haired waitress had a very bad attitude towards us. From the moment she greeted us, she was impatient. When we were ordering, we didn't know how to pronounce the items on the menu, so we pointed to them. She refused to look and insisted we say them aloud. When she poured our water, she slammed the glasses on the table and spilled a lot. She only filled my friend's glass halfway. She didn’t treat other customers like this and was even chatting and smiling with them. When I mentioned that I didn’t want to pay the service fee due to her attitude, she told me she would remember my face and be careful not to serve me next time.

The waiter was incredibly friendly, service was not too slow. First night we were seated and second night turned away as it was busy, would recommend making a reservation. Food was so so delicious but incredibly pricey bill at the end for what was ordered. 💸💸💸 Coconut rice and mango dessert did not taste how it should. But the pork spring rolls were best by far. Toilets clean but awkward as once you go through to them you have to take a big step up onto a platform that the actual toilet is on. Also the ceiling is low. Good place would recommend if you are happy to spend money.

Delicious and authentic Thai in the middle of St Helier! My Beef Massaman curry was absolutely delicious, with a great level of spicy and authentic flavour. The rest of the table were very pleased with their dishes as well. The place is cosy and is very busy during dinner rush. I did however have a small reaction after the food, which I suspect could be down to some MSG being in the food. Despite this, I am keen to return and explore their wide and adventurous menu!

We went for dinner last night at the little Thai. We have been previously many years ago and knew how good it was last time however this time was pretty disappointing. We are visitors to the island and they were very accommodating with our booking however the service and prices of the food were shocking. When we arrived it felt very cramped and loud. They put three bowls of Thai crackers on the table (without us asking for them) then when our starters started arriving we hadn’t finished them and she took them away. We didn’t think anything of it but noticed on the bill we were charged £14.85 for three bowls of crackers! The red haired waitress (who people have mentioned before) was very rude, very abrupt, not smiley, kept knocking my brother and his wife everytime she leaned over. She came over to start taking our order and as I started ordering she left our table and started speaking to someone on the phone. I then ordered a coconut rice and my brother went to do the same and she said ‘no we can only do one coconut rice’ very bluntly. The red haired waitress and another waiter (who was really lovely) ended up arguing over someone taking bookings over the phone, right in front of us, so that was awkward! Completely unprofessional. The food was very good but very pricey. We had 10% service charge added on the bill that we couldn’t remove either - £20 extra onto our already very expensive bill! Unfortunately we won’t be returning in the future. I’d like to also say, I never normally write reviews but felt this needed to be done. If I’d read the recent reviews prior to this I wouldn’t have...

Blistering heat, long walks... we needed to sit down and energise! My experience of little Thai started with a phone call requesting a table either straight away or 15 minutes down the line, their phone manor was polite and very accommodating “yes sir, we have a table for you” (also outside as requested) now I have never eaten there before and I live down the road which is shameful so tonight I am one happy client! We started with filo stuffed with crab (crab spring rolls) accompanied with a really nice tart dressing. Mains were two curries offered to your spicing levels (mild/medium/hot) a side of cocunut rice which was then re ordered halfway through the mains because it was absolutely divine:

One thing I hate about dining out sometimes is it takes an age to get the bill, not here, very efficient! Prompt billing and prompt payment at a moments request.

The service was fantastic, didnt have to wait longer than 90 seconds for a replenishment and the communication within the hospitality team was evident.

Thank you for all involved tonight you are a shining example of true...

The food was very nice. But the service was shockingly bad. My waitress was a red haired polish lady. They forgot my cutlery, didn’t check on me whilst I was eating, took my plate after I’ve finished and took absolutely ages to ask me if I’d like anything else. In fact, she didn’t so I worked hard to get her attention and asked for my bill. When I paid, she typed the amount into the machine and didn’t let me see it and touched my iWatch for a payment. Very unprofessional. She could have typed any amount in there. Then walked away before the receipt came out. I called her back to give me the receipt so I can see if the amount was correct. Shocking! I was sitting outside and perhaps out of their sight. I didn’t find the staff professional, confident and reasonably quick (it wasn’t busy). They didn’t pay much attention to me at all. And wasn’t bothered by it either. Or the people that came after me who sat outside next to me. Nice food but I wouldn’t go back only because of the slow and bad service and bad atmosphere. The lady should not be a...
