Went here for a scone, but didn't get one as I couldn't see them on display (personally I like to see the scone before I buy them). Anyway had soup, the biggest bowl of soup I have ever had, slice of B&B for only £5.95. Cajun chicken burger for £10.95 was cracking. Chips were excellent, the burger was a breast of chicken with some Cajun seasoning on a nice big roll. Really good prices. Service was prompt and efficient. The only thing I didn't like was the decor, especially the yellow walls. BUT don't let that put you off. Tables are also tightly packed with seating outside. Would definitely go back.

A very lovely spot for breakfast, afternoon tea or lunch. As you can see from the picture, it's a favourite spot during lunch time rush! Staff are very friendly and welcome customers with a homey vibe. 4 stars as I happened to order the quiche, which was a bit dodgy in my opinion, but my boyfriend and mum enjoyed their meals.

Popped in for a quick snack, we had Welsh rarebit and a bacon sandwich, both were very tasty and well presented, the bacon was especially nice, decent rashers and not like the usual stuff café’s serve, the tea was also nice and strong plenty of tea leafs in the pot, a very nice cuppa indeed.

Decided to come in for all day breakfast, 7 items plus tea or coffee included £10.55 Won't be back. Had far better quality for same price or less around St Helier. I know things are expensive these days for all, but Bacon was poor quality and very salty. Sausages were the cheap meal based type, little to no proper meat in them, no flavour and deep fried. Black pudding was served swimming in oil, eggs not cooked topside (hate that) White Coffee had very unusual taste and I'm sure made with cream without stating. Cheap coffee. Don't like writing poor review, bit that's how it was. Shame.

Update: After checking with the cafe, they use chicory based coffee...

Use to go there more often and it was good food and nice atmosphere. Went there today (12/08/24) and what a disappointment. Firstly there was a table outside in a front of the entrance so you can't get in properly. Secondly the food is disgusting 😒 my husband get row lamb chops and the service is very poor. So many people working there and now one knows what to do. We ordered 3 soft drinks which we have never get ! Instead they kept coming with the tea . When it comes to pay I've ben asked to pay for the drinks I haven't even see. I'm very disappointed . Will never go there again. Such a...
