Little Brazil Churrasco Grill & Karaoke — Restaurant in Almaty

Ok, to be honest 90% of meet were amazingly tasty . Only one i did not enjoy. The shows were really nice. It was entertaining. The coctails wwere really good. Thıere are set menus yqou van choose so you could taste many different variations of meet. Carnivores will be amazed here after tasting various meet dishes. You will also fünd open buffet of various fruits and desserts. They are all served hot in a spike that one kind waiter carries and visits all the table. They keep serving untill you say stop. All working personnel are friendly, smiling and caring. That is a big plus. They also bring whatever you order so fast compared to the 95% of other restaurants and cafes in the city.

I think this is a place at least must be visited once. Good for family & friend unions.

However there were things that i really did not like about here which i think must be changed immediately.

One of them is that the desserts. They are definately not tasty. Taste section lost one point from here.

Before and at the show, these fog machines pump alot of fog and you know it smells disturbing. You got to manage this out somehow. It is really hard to see the dancers just few meters away from you.

Front tables for two person, both tables and sitting chairs are so uncomfortable. No space for the feet and chairs are like they wanna squeez you.

It ia not a cheap restaurant. 20.000 tenge for one person for set menu that you can eat endlessly.

And the worst thing was that we did not eat some leftovers and wanted to take them for our dog. But they did bot let us. So the leftovers are wasted. I do not apreciate it ever. And this is a big problem. I dont understand whay i can not get what i pay for?

Dancing show is one of th most attractive part in this restaurant, if you want to rock and roll this is a place. However, be aware and check the bill since it is normal here to be deceived, they like to count more expensive drinks. The buffet menue is very poor, churrasco as they promised is limited in choice mostly beef, salads are small. So this buffet doesn’t worth that money paid, like almost 45$ per person. Drinks are incredibly expensive, if in almost all restaurants whiskey is 50ml a portion here portion is 40ml for very expensive price. The restaurant is making money on show. They don't care about their reputation at all. I was very disappointed when after great evening I realized that I was deceived for about $30, such a durty trick. And they admitted the fact that they were guilty however instead of apologies they offered us leftovers 🤣such a silly decision!!! It was the first and the last...

Как несколько слов могут превратить очень лояльного клиента в негативно настроенного посетителя, отбив все желание возвращаться, рассказываю!

Сначала о хорошем, наверно лучший безлимитный фуршетный завтрак и обед в Алматы. За эти деньги, действительно можно попробовать всего разного, достаточно вкусного, есть как отличные блюда, так и совершенно провальные, а так же блюда на любителя.

Скрытые неудобства. Прямо на столе стоит напоминалка, что если у Вас осталось больше чем 300 грамм еды, вы заплатите в полтора раза больше. Добавьте 10 процентов за обслуживание к счету. На фуршетом обеде, из напитков 1 компот, а дальше после всех как бы не навязчиво остро соленых блюд вам по любому придется заказать еще напитков, прямо скажем по завышенной цене. Местами сильно убитых интерьер, в миксе с ярким декором.

Моя ситуация Пришел уже второй раз, тестировать и наслаждаться ланчем перед вылетом. Иду спокойно набираю себе еду, лежит неприметный кусочек пиццы, который я думал взять, но не тут то было, на раздаче повар категорически запретил, сказав это детский стол! Я подумал ну что за непонятный прикол, пошел к хостес, и услышал такой же категоричный и холодный отказ, занавес. То есть я из всего изобилия, не смог съесть 1 кусок детской пиццы, и меня при этом условно мягко послали. Таких негативных эмоций я давно не испытывал в кафе и ресторанах, хотя казалось ситуация не стоит внимания. Я как клиент, пришел поесть безлимитный стол, но начинается, здесь нельзя, здесь можно, здесь еще что то. Владелец заведения опасается что туда все пойдут есть тесто с помидорами, то есть пиццу, в чем прикол? Все хотят пиццу, ну ок сделайте для всех, не хотят все а только такие редкие гости как я, ну ок, дайте им кусок пиццы. Я нашел баг в системе, люди хотят пиццу, а меня условно послали, хотя часто за мою конструктивную критику в ресторанах одаривают комплиментами, потому что этим я делаю их сервис лучше.

Не знаю, оценка 2 скорее сильно занизит, а 3 будет в самый раз, хотя первое впечатление было на 4-5. Как показывает практика, значит возможно есть и другие скрытые сюрпризы, с которыми вы можете столкнуться.
