Read moreWatch out for cleaning on 2nd floor.. and check your invoice! Overall experience negative.
Rooms are quite new but poorly built. Big smart tv. Mini fridge. Comfortable bed. Air condition did not work. Plumbing is built wrong, as only way to get hot water is to close other faucet. And you will get only hot water, you can not change the temperature. Complained about these while staying.
There is a Spa, unfortunately they are just building it. There is outdoor pool. There is also gym, unfortunately it costs 25€/one time.
Breakfast is served until 11:00 which is great, unfortunately food variety is quite poor and same every single day. You can order tasty omlet, but it costs extra. Coffee in the breakfast table is undrinkable, but if you order from the desk and pay then it tastes totally different. They have also restaurant with quite great variety of foods and great taste, unfortunately experience was negative as they brought our table totally different food to what we ordered.
Cleaners are foreigner guys. They did good work with the cleaning, but its totally unprofessional to push yourself in to the room and start asking for customer phone number.
Location is quite far from everything except the Essentai mall. There is construction work in the other side of the road. It is very noisy during the night as there is big parking place nearby where youngster like to hang out and use FIREWORKS.
While CHECKING OUT the receptionist started to scam me by pushing me to pay extra(27€) for early check in. On the day I was checking in, they did not inform me about this. After a while when i tried to convince receptionist that he made a mistake, I just paid the amount and noticed afterwards that my room had early check in included! I had to take taxi back to the hotel. Receptionist did not even apology and just laughed with coworker afterwards when I demanded for apology.
Will not...
