Ok I went once with my neighbor to PF Chang in my hometown California once. I’m Chinese which we go to authentic Chinese restaurants but my neighbor is American so I agreed with her to try, the ambiance was nice and the food were OK. The beef they used were American beef, probably good cut and quality. So I know the dishes. But when I went to the PF Chang in Almaty last week. Me and my husband left the 2/3 of 3 dishes uneaten. They were too salty and not authentic. The Singaporean noodles so soggy and Mapo tofu with broccoli (what?) 😨. Only in America the American recreated the Mapo tofu that we Chinese all crying! Cons: Only one. I was waiting 15 minutes after receiving the menu to take my order. I have to stand up and go to the waitresses to ask my meal, BUT then I noticed something interesting, one CEO of local Airline came and in less than 3 minutes he has the menú and ordered meal, and believe me I'm not complaining liked or not I'm aware how the world works. Read moreThis place was a hot spot few months ago and I decided to celebrate my birthday with my family & friends. Actually I have no idea why everyone hyped up this place.
Food was average. There are just few options on the menu. Atmosphere was so dark and maybe it didn’t suit our taste. However, thanks to the people & service, we went out with a smile.
