Bon Bon — Restaurant in Astana

I came from Trieste - Italy to visit the Astana Expo 2017 in Kazakhstan. I decided to take an apartment near the Bayterek tower in the beautiful center of the new city of Astana. In the morning I woke up with a beautiful light. I have to calculate that 10 am is 6 am in Italy and I decided to have a good breakfast with a coffee like in Trieste bars. I searched the internet for a café - bar and at first I let myself be taken by the beautiful name of "Bon Bon" which in the Trieste dialect means "Good Good". I followed the directions on my mobile phone, I was very close and I went with the newspaper of my city under my arm to read some news in relaxation in front of a real Italian coffee as we use in Trieste, the city of coffee. The atmosphere of Astana is exciting, it was warm but around me I could admire pines, birches and lots of colorful flower beds. Arrived in front of the "Bom Bom" I enter and I am greeted by a smiling, impeccable and very kind waiter who makes me sit at a table. Maybe he doesn't know but in Trieste during one morning we also drink 4 or 5 coffees at the standing counter. But I want to relax for 5 minutes and agree to sit at the table. I ask for a coffee, knowing I'm not home and if they have a dessert. My English is not perfect and I don't speak Kazakh, but I make myself understood. I noticed at the counter a beautiful fridge with many cakes and I ask for one that attracts me with hazelnuts. I have to die exquisite. When the coffee with a unique refinement arrived I was amazed. It looked like a Trieste-style coffee. Woow very good, hot to the right point, creamy the real coffee if not superior to what I am used to drinking at my house. I was curious and then I asked the brand of the coffee, they told me it is Italian brand Hausbrandt. I am amazed as never before and I say that it is the coffee of my city. Then the owner, a very kind and exquisite person, explained to me that he came to Trieste to learn how coffee is made and had the original Hausbrandt stain. my compliments for your choice. So I must say that the place is wonderful with a relaxing atmosphere with beautiful music in the background and very pleasant. Exceptionally polite, polite and friendly staff. Coffee at the top, perfection. desserts I still dream about how good they were at night. The prices are reasonable with the Menu (also in English) with a great variety of foods. Сидели на летнике. Вдоль перехода, не очень удобно. Внутри как, не видела. Цены дороговато. Кофе понравилось. Заказала пасту с томатным соусом. По сути блюдо с макаронами не особо дорого должно стоит. Обслуживание так, среднее. Тут и речи не может быть об итальянских макаронах, я столько дорогих ресторанов видела, и макароны в самой Италии пробовала. Но нет, не стоит своей цены, переварено. У вас должно быть уважение к посетителям, это элементарное для ресторанов. У вас даже ваш профессионал не смог приготовить итальянские макароны, вы о чем, хоть головой думайте, пишете мне тут, что бред в ответ. Что вы себе позволяете. А уровень официанта вашего я еще писать тут не стала, это был треш. Мне не нужны низкого уровня обслуживания как у вас, мне нужен комфорт и приличное обслуживание. Когда я плачу, я плачу за еду, за уровень обслуживание, за комфорт, за чистоту, за музыку, за интерьер... И ваша цена точно не тянет. Если хотите приличное место хорошего уровня, не стоит сюда ходить. Они даже общаться не умеют, при гостях перестановки столов устраивают, нужно раза 4 повторять одну и ту же просьбу... нет, не рекомендую. Достаточно приличных мест у нас, но...

Кафе САМЫЙ ЛУЧШИЙ и интерьер и сервис и качество еды очень приятный !!!!!! Это единственный кафе Где реально люди могут сделать очень вкусный чизкейк!!!!!! Советую всем попробовать их пиццу с лососем. Их шеф повара делают очень домашнюю еду и одновременно и на очень высоком уровне!!!!!! Я КАК ЗНАТОК И НАСТОЯЩИЙ ГУРМАН КОТОРАЯ ЕМ ОЧЕНЬ ЧАСТО МИРОВУЮ КУХНЮ В РАЗНЫХ СТРАНАХ СТАВЛЮ ВАМ 5!!!!!! ДЛЯ КАЗАХСТАНА КАФЕ ОЧЕНЬ УЮТНЫЙ И ОЧЕНЬ НАДЕЖНЫЙ!!!!!! А ДРУГИЕ КАФЕ И НЕ ТАК ВКУСНО И ДОРОГО А СЕРВИС ЭТО УЖАС!!!!!! А В БОН БОН ПЕРСОНАЛ ОФИЦИАНТЫ ВСЕГДА ГОТОВЫ СОЗДАТЬ ЧИСТОТУ НЕ ДОЖИДАЯСЬ ПОКА КЛИЕНТ ИХ ПОЗОВЕТ!!!!!! ЭТО ТОЖЕ КЛАССНО!!!!!! ЗНАЧИТ ИМ ВАЖНЫЙ КАЖДЫЙ КЛИЕНТ!!!!!! А Я ОЧЕНЬ ЧАСТО ХОЖУ ТУДА И Я ПОСТОЯННЫЙ КЛИЕНТ!!!!!!! С УВАЖЕНИЕМ, ВАШ ПОСТОЯННЫЙ КЛИЕНТ КАФЕ, " BON BON" ...
