Cheeseburger- A near perfect diner/pub style cheeseburger. The traditional wheat bun is as good as it gets…the freshness and density is perfect for managing what looks to be about a 6oz patty. The burger itself is arguably the ideal height (not too tall and everything stays in place). The aioli was mild and not overpowering. The patty was well seasoned and juicy, with a pleasant smokiness in every bite. My only gripe is that the patty was a bit dense for my taste (my guess is the beef was “minced” as opposed to ground) and a bit small compared to the bun. Regardless, if this is the texture you prefer then it’s perfect. The fries were crispy and tossed in a nice subtle seasoning but did not come with any dipping sauces (will have to request next time).

Mini Trio Burgers-very good sliders. The burgers tasted as good as they looked. Once again, the beef patty was a bit tiny compared to the diameter of the bun but the freshness and taste was all present. The patty was well seasoned and juicy. The aioli was nice and light, and you can taste the infused fresh thyme. My biggest complaint, other than the size of the patties, is that the buns were a bit stale…the firmness/dryness made the tall sliders a bit difficult to manage and kept it from being an excellent experience. You can eat very tasteful doner/iskender in this place. A lot of restaurants serve doner but most of them are not close to original . If you want to try a real doner you should try this place. We tried beyti kebap . It was delicious and served with yogurt. We ate also lahmacun. It was serve with some greens and lemon. It was delicious. Place has a nice ambience and atmosphere. Main hall, garden side , toilets are all fancy. They serve free hot and fresh baked pita with butter before main dish. One main dish...

Highly recommend this place. Coban also have power banks for guests, delicious ayran. Everything is for guests comfort and elaborated. It’s pretty comfortable and delicious here, so without any hesitation

Design 10/10 Vintage dishes, carpets, elements of design mixed with modern minimalistic architecture. It’s perfect mix with turkic and modern style.
