PROCOFFEE — Restaurant in Shymkent

I am writing this review in English so foreigners visiting us can learn more about this place))) I love studying or working in coffeeshops, so I always visited Procoffee as I found this place very pleasant and cozy. However, after my several visits, one of the workers came to me and asked me to leave. They told me that I sit there for a long period of time and apparently they cannot allow their customers to do so. I asked them the reason why we cannot sit for a long time, well they could not provide me with the valid reason and just left without answering properly. Frankly speaking, I am schocked by their behavior as I have never seen in a place that asks their customers to leave just becuase of the timing. Then I thought maybe I am using their electricity, but still I always order something new every 1,5 hours, meaning I am not just there. I am buying their products!!! Honeslty, I have been to so many local and foreign coffeeshops abroad, but have never experienced such a weird thing. I would like to ask the owner of this place to do some work on their coffeeshop. Could you define yourself first, please? Is this place a cafe or a coffeeshop? Because if you tell your customers about your identity, they will do behave based on your identity. If it is a coffeeshop, then they will sit there as much as they wish))) Before telling your customers to leave or to do other things you wanted, you should implement the specific rule and show it to us when needed. and lastly, could you hire someone who is experienced and open-minded? The food was good and our initial waiter was friendly. We had ordered a number of meals and drinks, and were playing a card in the meantime from the beginning onwards.

5 minutes after we finished our dinner, another woman from staff came up to us out of the blue, telling us to quit the card game.

Eventhough I find this a very strange rule, I would have appreciated it if they told us directly when we started playing, and not 1,5 hours later after we finished our meals. This feels like an exuse to get us out and have a higher turnover. We left the place, without ordering a desert and drinks which was our initial plan.

Very rude, hope this place (or at least this lady) changes...

Недавно я и моя подруга посетили это заведение и мы были очень разочарованы поведением местного персонала. По привычке мы работали за ноутбуком и мирно попевали чай, наслаждаясь атмосферой заведения. Спустя 3 часа к нам подошла официантка и попросила покинуть помещение. Причина очень интересная-по положению мы не можем находится в этом заведении долгое время. Для меня это было очень неожиданно!Поведав множество кофейнь за границей, я была очень шокирована таким правилам. Ведь обычно вы можете находится в кофейне сколько пожелаете. Хочу отметить что за время нашего прибывания мы делали несколько заказов. Так в чем же дело? Хотелось бы обратиться к администрации этого заведения и попросить опредилиться со статусом Procoffee. Если это кофейня, то думаю что посетители могут находится там без ограничений во времени. Если же вы меняете статус на кафе или на что-то другое, то осведомить об этом посетителей. Или в крайнем случаи официально заявить о существовании ПРАВИЛА, не позволяющем превышать временной лимит нахождения в вашем заведении.
