Hygienic Butchery Cafe & Accomodation — Restaurant in Biashara ward

During our recent visit, our party of eight encountered several issues with the establishment's policies and service. We had made a substantial order of approximately 10,000, and upon arrival, we requested that the remaining boiled eggs from the World Rally Championship be warmed for us. However, we were informed that the establishment had a strict "no outside food" policy. Despite this policy, they did not have eggs available on their menu, and our eggs would have spoiled if we had not consumed them promptly.

This situation raised concerns about the establishment's customer service approach. It is not the first time we have experienced subpar service at this establishment, as we previously encountered errors with our orders. Based on these experiences, I would hesitate to recommend this establishment to anyone seeking exceptional service.

Pros. Affordable simple traditional meals. Cons.The waiter service is very irritating, they group up and start chatting at a corner oblivious of the fact that you are waiting to be served. They equally don't listen to your request, you will need to send one after the other as they seem to be forgetful. 20 minutes later the waiter will come with the wrong order and you repeat the process again.
