Hidaya Africa Tours and Travel — Local services in Biashara ward

Over the past 21 years i have spent a great deal of time in national parks around the globe, on man off these occasions i have used the services of different tour operators. I have never written a review for any of them until now. I must say that Janwan Tours and Travels provided me with everything i love about Safari and nothing that i dislike. Peter the owner and our driver set off early enough to be at the gate before it opens. and drove us out of the park an hour AFTER our agreed time, this has never happened to me before and was most welcome. He was also extremely happy to stop whenever asked even moving on each occasion the vehicle to maximise the angle to the observed animal/animals so that you could make the most of the light for photographing it/them. On top of everything else he has a wonderful personality, and seems perfectly happy doing his job which makes all the difference when spending days with a person and when they are working for 14 hours of those days. I and my partner loved it so much that we booked another safari in a different park with them immediately, and i would strongly recommend anyone else to do just that! We were very happy that we saw black rhinos and white rhinos, which is what we wanted to see the most, so we felt good about it. However, the car broke down, it almost wasted an hour of our prime time. What is more, from the car breaking down, it can be seen that your travel agency has no risk emergency plan, no sense of responsibility to take the initiative to assume responsibility for accidents, and needs tourists to fight for solutions. The driver even asked for kickbacks after helping us communicate, and these compensations were actually what we deserved. Brash ridiculous and unprofessional driver, shouting at me during Masai Mara safari. I asked him to call his boss, but he made excuses that he isnt picking up, saying busy and disconnecting his call. I got out of the car in Masai Mara park itself, only then he connected call to Peter. Horrible condition of game drive car was provided, even for pick up and drop from airport and hotels! Despite facing some health issues I was subjected rash behaviour and substandard services which werent changes even after being flagged the first time!! My entire tour is wasted spoiled and...
