I made a delivery order yesterday, for 2 burgers, chips and a teriyaki beef wrap. The 2 burgers were pancakes when they arrived, smashed to bits with the ingredients flowing out of it, terrible experience! The chips were dry and most likely left over from a previous day or something because they tasted powdery and dry. The masala fries were dry and powdery as well, contrary to the name. And the teriyaki beef wrap was thrown into the box like a used paper bag.

Ordering for delivery from Java is like playing the lottery, only on rare occasions do you win, but most of the time you lose.

Their in-dining experience is much better, but with the pandemic happening they need to improve...

Good food, pleasant and friendly service. My one major peeve is that it seems their servers are not briefed to inform you when a meal isn't available 'as advertised". Example: I ordered a single fluffy pancake with syrup, which was served minus the syrup. When I asked my server, she said "Oops!" and she hadn't thought to tell me they had no syrup. After a few frightfully choking bites of a very dry (otherwise delicious) fluffy pancake, I asked for honey.
