Re/Volver is a cosy puerta cerrada premium cocktailbar, still to be discovered by many. The decor could best be described as classy western with a copper twist. They play mostly old American music, which further adds to the atmosphere.
But the real experience at a great cocktailbar is in the quality of the ingredients (definitely pressent) and the expertise of the bartender, in this case Geoffrey. Geoffrey prepares his cocktails to perfection (I hade an old fashioned, a whiskey sour and a penicillin). He knows his ingredients, recipies and preparation methods.
