I only visited this branch because it's close to home The place was dirty The tables still had dirty plates Our table was cleaned before serving because I asked 4 things for it to be wiped down Only one waiter was serving the tables outside clearly exhausted Jack was unpleasant, ignored when we called him severally The customer service is the making of a bad day We waited 20 minutes before I went in to look for some wait staff so we could order The other waitresses wouldn't help us The floor under our table was filthy we had a young one with us who was quick to spot this If you want food here order take away,food is good quality, if you are in a hurry call ahead, iced tea takes min 15 minutes to be given to you You will wait endlessly for your bill to be settled Be ready to walk to the counter for all assistance Pictures below show a tiny bit of the state of this branch I hope they rotate the wait staff

Finally a Java that is a walk away from my home. Being a sweet tooth I am always finding restaurants and diners that have really good cakes. Java has always done justice for me. I tried their cheese cake and was amazed. I am not a big cheese lover but I was convinced. This one in particular is located in a serene environment and it has an outdoor setting. It is ideal for a date. They have really amazing meals from breakfast to lunch to dinner to snacks and dessert. They have great coffee, iced teas, tea and milkshakes. Their menu is vary wide to accommodate most people orders and preferences. There is good WiFi reception so one can still do their assignments as they order. I have always loved the feel that the painting they hang on the wall brings. This Java has some real java love.

How are you JAVA - Mbagathi, JAVA, Mbagathi Way is a very Good Restaurant. They have a Posh Interior Decor" and have extremely clean washrooms. Their location, parking and outside area is also good. We went there for a Breakfast Business Meeting as from 7:30 am. The Relaxed, Quiet, Clean atmosphere helps you to brainstorm and have a productive meeting. Mixing Business with Pleasure!! The JAVA Fluffy Pancake.... very delicious!! Also their Cara Macchia Coffee. (You can look at the pancake photo.) The waiter service is good. I highly recommend JAVA, Mbagathi Way. Keep it up JAVA.!! First off great location pick from the onset. You can get your to-go meals or dine in as you go on with your day. It's kid friendly with a play area that the children would enjoy. There's ample parking space but it can be tight during busy hours. The food options are really good and you should definitely try the Java pizza and froyo which I hadn't seen at other branches just yet. The service was fast and good.

I visited Java House Mbagathi Way with a friend this morning and had a super delightful experience. Chesire and Chebet ensured our tea was perfectly brewed and the breakfast was well-prepared. While the potatoes could have been a bit crunchier and hotter, it was a minor issue. Overall, we enjoyed our meal and will definitely return. Thank you for the great service!
