Plus 254 Hotel — Hotel in Nairobi

Loved it in the days i spent. Located at central point, a minute drive to Mombasa road/Express way, and highway Malls. Would visit and again.

Again for car owners who'll check-in here, keep in mind your car alarm once in a while will malfunction i think as a result of the signals from the Wilson airport nearby(a thought though). Mine malfunctioned all the days i stayed, tried unlocking a number of times till it functioned. The third day it forced me to buy new batteries for the alarms, still the problem persisted, visited car accessories shop on the opposite side of the hotel and the owner told me to place the car key(alarm) closely near where it's mounted in the car, did that and it unlocked quite well. Any would be visitor keep this in mind to save you...

I knew that I was renting a low budget hotel, but the hotel was much worse than I imagined. We were 2 people who booked a studio room. There was no space to put the suitcases. This room is suitable for one person. There were so many cockroaches and spiders in the room. There was a spider net around the bath door. There was leakage from the washing stand. The door of the toilet had no handle. Wi-Fi speed is very low.

The staff are very kind and helpful. Especially the ladies at the reception counter. They provided electric mosquito repellent for us. The breakfast was enough and varied. The shower had hot water. There was complementary water, tea and coffee...
