Overall, our experience at Quiver was decent. It was about what one would expect from a popular nightclub. However, the Supervision we experienced in the area that we were seated was inexcusably AWFUL! After waiting for almost 45mins for a single shot of Vodka, I decided to stop an area "Supervisor" that was walking by. Unfortunately, this person happened to be "Dennis". After inquiring of why I haven't received my order, he proceeded to tell me, in so many words and in the most unconcerned and unprofessional manner possible, that because I hadn't ordered [a bottle of Vodka], my order was, quite frankly, unimportant and lacked priority. He [implied] that if I wanted prompt service, I should have ordered a bottle! Wow! The nerve of this person. Mind you, for proper context, we were not seated in an area where buying bottles was an expectation. Even so, for him to not simply say: 'I'm sorry guys, let me get with my server and see what the hold up is and we will get that right over to you. I apologize for the inconvenience.' was inexcusable, unprofessional and not becoming of a reputable business. I mean, you should've seen the smugness and entitlement of this so-called "Supervisor". It's as if he wanted to strongarm me into buying a bottle or belittle/chastise me for NOT buying a bottle. I sincerely hope the Owner or/and Manager of this establishment sees my review. We are never going to this place again. It's that simple. If I had to guess, considering how easily and readily Dennis was willing to be so unprofessional, this is behavior that he displays on the regular. I seriously doubt it was an isolated incident. He's a pathetic excuse for a Supervisor; and there's no way that such a lack of quality "leadership" would not or will not trickle down to the employees that he oversees. Dennis, at a minimum, should be demoted, he's unworthy of the lofty title of Supervisor.
NOTE: Victor, one of our servers, was amazing! He was attentive, professional and personable. We really enjoyed him and his service. He was one of the few highlights of our experience.
MANAGEMENT: I sincerely hope Dennis is not a reflection of the overall management of your establishment. If he is, it will eventually have a negative impact on...
