I had a fantastic experience at Java House Prestige Plaza! The ambiance is warm and inviting — clean and not as busy as other Java outlets, comfy seating and great lighting. It’s the perfect spot whether you’re grabbing a quick coffee, meeting a friend, or settling in for work.

The menu has excellent variety — I ordered the “Breakfast Maxi Combo” and a cappuccino. Both were well‑presented, fresh, and delicious. The flavors hit the spot, and the coffee was just right — aromatic, smooth, and well‑brewed.

What really stood out was the service. The staff were friendly, attentive, and quick, yet not rushed. They checked in politely to make sure everything was okay and made sure my drink was topped up.

Pricing is fair given the quality and atmosphere; you get good value. The location inside Prestige Plaza is convenient, and there is ample parking.

I've been to Kenya 4 times since August 2017. I'm American and my Wife is Kenyan...this is our favorite restaurant. The menu, food preparation and taste are predictably always good. From Nairobi to Nakuru to Kisumu to Eldoret to Kakamega we make it our business to find Java House. Hospitable service and great accommodations are signature for Kenya Service Industry Country wide...you find it in abundance at all of these locations. Prestige Plaza was my first and our favorite location... A shout out to Our Girl who always looked out for us...even finding an ordering ahead for us the cookies/biscuits (wonder why they call them biscuits-a jolly good British thing I guess) that my wife loves. Sorry I can't remember her name but I know she remembers the older American with the pretty young Kenyan Wife...Jambo Sis. We love...
