The service at this restaurant is like none other here in Kuwait. I loved seeing the variety of foods on the menu--the fusion foods, the traditional Kuwait iftar foods, but also a lot of salads, desserts, and foods I hasn't had before. I stood in front of at least 2 different places in the rather large buffet and someone knowledgeable was able to recommend what was good, and when something recommended had an ingredient I was allergic to or they had run out of it, they made it personally for me and brought it to the table. Also, the place is big enough that my two friends and I were able to sit in a beautiful seating area and stayed for a considerable amount of time without any pressure to get out, which is especially important for a buffet. The foods I tried--most of them, anyway, had a really dynamic flavor profile, which is hard to do in a buffet this large. I'm telling you, even the wet wipes at the table were uniquely scented, seeming to have a particular scent of rosewater and lemon fresh.
