That was the worst possible experience we’ve ever had around the world! I don’t even know where to start 🤣 Yes, it was a bad luck that our waiter was possibly on his first shift ever. The really bad thing was that he had neither training nor knowledge of service. Neither a waitress who replaced him had an idea of a customer service. Glasses for COLD drinks were HOT! We had to ask for ice THREE times (and one more time from the restaurant manager). We had to reorder our main dish twice because they didn’t have things from the menu. Still, a steak that we had never had, was included in our bill. We did not get a country style potato that we’d ordered. Instead we received sour cream and were charged for it. They even charged us for a piece of lemon for Coke (REALLY guys?!) OMG, I can’t even remember how many times we asked for cutlery and plates for everyone at the table. After our first couple complaints we asked for a manager. We had to repeat it THREE MORE TIMES before a guy approached us. Not sure if he had any authority over the staff. We also called for him twice more to correct the ridiculous bill we received. Did we receive any compliment or a discount from the restaurant?! No! We only had “15% service” charge excluded after all those crazy bill corrections. The only reason why we had not left the restaurant after the first small issues was that we were really tired and hungry after a long trip and had two hungry kids. Oh yes, the manager asked us not to write any negative comments, but I’m sure no one deserves this service. My biggest warning is for the foreigners, especially Europeans and North Americans. You’ll get better money/quality...

Read moreWe came here to have dinner while meeting some friends for the first time. This was my first time eating at a restaurant in Bishkek, and was very pleased with the experience. The outside seating was very comfortable on a hot day after the sun went down, with the misting foggers or swamp coolers as we call them in the US. Service wasnt the best I've had, bit since we spent a lot of time talking and waiting for someone else to arrive it did not matter. Once we did order the food came out quickly and was delicious. The atmosphere is great, and I will probably...
