I ordered 1+1 exotic pizza and 1+1 premium veg - BOGO offer they billed me and after getting the invoice i checked it properly they charged me ( 545 + 545 ) instead of ( 545 + 475 ) and i have checked on la pino’z web page the charges are of ( 545 + 475 ) I have asked why you did this 70/- plus GST manipulation, they said its software issue. Its was rubbish that it was software issue. They have charged 70/- plus GST from me extra and that 70-80/- won’t affect me but its all about right and wrong thing. I also asked give the extra money to me and i’ll donate it to a homeless person in front of you. But what you did was wrong. But still they haven’t accepted. One star is also very much to this branch. I would have gave -5 rating.

Highly disappointed by this place. I ordered 3 items: 7 cheese pizza, Panner tikka butter masala pizza and Cheesy garlic bread. 7 cheese pizza: Taste:The taste was awesome. Loved the cheese combo. Base: The base was soo bad...wasn't baked properly Panner tikka butter masala pizza: Taste: Tasted bad Base: Worst pizza base I have ever had on a pizza. It was soo crunch, i felt like I was eating some paneer on top of a khakhra. Cheesy Garlic bread: Taste: The garlic taste was absent Consistency: Wasn't crispy and baked properly. Overall very dissappinted. Didn't enjoy the ambience that much due to very loud music. The only thing i liked was the service by the staff. They were polite.

Earlier la pino'z pizza was beating Domino's pizza, in its quality, taste and service also.. But now days they have spoilt quality and taste also...and forget about staff behaviour ( no words) Now they are using thin crust as base instead normal base... And ingredients were smelling. It seems Earlier demand were less so they were serving good quality..but now they grown up in town so they dont care of their customers.. Today i got black burnt base of pizza with very thin layer of base like a roti..

The person sitting in the Dine-in section is very lazy person. Only when a customer asks about their order, He stands up from his place to check for the order. Not by himself. He doesn’t even give enough tissues. He counts literally each tissue before giving. He also replies back saying “abhi to diya tissue”. Pesto & Basil pizza has all other items except pesto and basil. They don’t have wash basin. They haven’t kept access of toilets for customers in the business complex.

When it’s La Pino’z, we always order the 7 Cheesy Pizza—it’s the best! The taste is always perfect. The place looks nice, but the seating area is really small. Also, there was only one staff member handling everything—taking orders, serving, and billing. So, when we wanted to place a second order, we had to wait because they weren’t around. Pizza is amazing, but they really need to improve the service and seating space.

The pizza 🍕 crush is thin crush, toppings are less ,prizes are more. I had ordered CHEZZY-7 Pizza and Tandoori paneer pizza of almost Rs270 each , the chezzy 7 pizza had very less cheese on it and in tandoori paneer pizza you won't get much taste of tandoori sos and paneer quantity is also very less. In total i felt it was all waste on money experience.
