Taste of the Pizza: We ordered two types of pizza—one with salami and mushrooms, the other with ham and chicory. The seasoning on both was quite distinct. The salami was flavorful, and the addition of basil gave the meat a nice depth. However, this was the thinnest pizza I’ve ever had—even thinner than a typical thin crust—which meant it cooled down very quickly and affected the overall texture. In the end, it felt more like eating a cracker. The toppings were also quite minimal; an average adult could easily finish a whole pizza on their own.

Taste of the Tiramisu: It seemed the tiramisu was freshly made when we ordered it, so it tasted very fresh. The cocoa powder on top wasn’t soggy, which made for a great texture. That said, the portion was quite small.

Regarding Some Online Rumors: There’s definitely some truth to the comments about chaotic service. It feels like the owner is focused solely on making the pizzas and has neglected overall management. The staff seem to operate on their own. You need to find your own table and remind the staff to bring you a menu. Even ordering a simple beer can take up to 20 minutes—despite staff standing idly behind the bar. No utensils or napkins are provided with the pizza, and I’m honestly not sure which tradition this practice is based on.

Waiting Time: It was raining when we visited, so even though the restaurant was full, we got a table within a few minutes. Still, it took nearly an hour before our pizzas arrived. Luckily, I was mentally prepared for a long wait, so it was manageable. If you come on a nice day, expect an even longer wait. This place is definitely better suited for chatting with friends than for satisfying a hungry stomach. The conversation helped pass the time, which made the wait more bearable.

Ambience: The restaurant is tucked away in a small wooden cabin down an alley. The dining area is right next to the pizza oven, and it’s actually quite nice to watch your food being made right in front of you.

Conclusion: Ideal for those who have time to spare and enjoy long conversations, or for light eaters on a diet. Personally, while the food was tasty, it wasn’t quite good enough to justify such a long wait. It was good—but...

I'm not sure what kind of flour they are using, but do not expect anything like what you might get in Italy, New York, Chicago, or anywhere else in the States. As far as I'm concerned, they can keep their secret. I gave them 2 stars because the salad was quite good with arugula and a balsamic vinaigrette. You're supposed to order pasta dishes days in advance, but they are only open on Tuesday and Friday. Now, let's get into the specifics of the pizza.

The dough is light, and they do not burst bubbles while it bakes, so you will end up with large air bubbles in your "pizza." Next, there is no crust, and this is consistent with thin crust pizza, but it's much thinner than that...Not enough sauce, as well, and if you want thicker dough, you have to pay about double for that.

I had a pizza with anchovies and other toppings, but all the toppings were below the cheese, so you really couldn't see how many toppings you were getting. The anchovies flavored throughout, so it seems that they used chopped anchovies to spread over entire pizza, gross!

Paying double for the pizza is also supposed to get you more toppings, as well as more dough, but I would guess they probably cover the toppings when you pay more, too. I wouldn't come here again for pizza.

Also, the table next to me was getting served their third pizza before I got my first pizza (even though they ordered after me)- preferential treatment, and they appear to prefer Asians here. Personally, I am glad they are only open two days per week because supporting this business takes revenue away from restaurants where the locals can afford to eat; without the locals, this town would be nothing. I rate 1.5 stars...

If you are planning on attending I would recommend getting there before they open & if you’re not super hungry.

The place was packed, there were no tables available (we tried to reserve but the said no hours before as they have plenty of space)

However they kept taking orders and you had to write down your number for collection.

We said we would wait as we heard great things about the place. We managed to get a table after about 10 mins. However to get our food took over an hour, which we had to go up and ask how much longer.

I do not mind waiting for food but this place was honestly chaotic, it was so busy the staff didn’t know which way to go.

The pizza was okay, I wouldn’t say it was worth an hours wait, however that could just be me.

If you do choose to go be mindful of how busy it gets and how long you’ll be...
