Danno's Cafe — Restaurant in Vientiane Capital

Eccellent food for breakfast (muesli yogurt and fruit salad was delicious) and lunch, eccellent service and excellent environment. Good selection of comfort food options as well! Our hotel was nearby and we stopped here once for breakfast. We ended up going there every day of our stay in Vientiane. The garden is so peaceful and cozy, perfect if you need to study or to work. Drinkable water is free of charge and prices are fair. They close at 5 pm. If you happen to stay there until that time, turn the corner and enjoy the sunset arriving...

It's newly opened and located in a small road (but nearby the river) so not many people have known about it. They offer different types of coffee, including western ones like cappuccino and latte, as well as Vietnamese mild coffee with ice (cafe sua da). Most importantly, the coffee beans have been grown in their own farm. The shop owner is very nice and she speaks English fluently. I've visited it twice in my 2 day stay in Vieniane. Highly recommend it to visitors...
