Food market on the bank of the Mekong river. It is not as crowded as the night market that is opposite the road, though there is a great variety of shops selling food here.

There is a very nice fountain right in the centre. Helps create a very relaxing and rejuvenating ambiance. There are live band stages, but there were no performers...

I guess this is opened recently. A lot of empty stores. It also has a few food stalls, which is the only reason I visited. But the food was awful. The worst I have had in Laos. The grilled chicken was raw and I only found out after I have eaten 2-3 pieces, silly me. The fried rice has no taste in it...

Enjoyed differnt style of Lao foods with drink. I can if you wanted to enjoy authentic Lao you must visit this place during night. There is a artificial water...
