Thank you for the excellent food and service! We ordered beef and chicken burgers at our table and everyone was stunned by the flavors and the textures of the ingredients, and the sheer size of the portions. We came with no expectations and left having found a new favorite restaurant in town.

In addition to menu staples such as burgers and salads, guests can enjoy specialties like bone marrow. Truly unexpected from a small scale hotel restaurant!

The people in the kitchen truly know what they're doing, and the hotel owners have an excellent eye for design and esthetics. It truly had the aura of an art hotel. Hotel MORE ans its restaurant are truly hidden gems in the quiet streets Liepāja. As a native I'm proud to see businesses grow and aim for the heights of excellency. It's more of a canteen, rather than a restaurant. Absolutely horrendous food, none of the ordered dishes (appetizers and main course) were tasty, the dishes were sprinkled with regular popcorn 😅. The dining space was dirty, very dirty. When we were seated at a table, no one cleaned it up, when they took our order, the table wasn't wiped. The service is precise and the waiter speaks a very good English. The place is clean and simple. The dishes are sophisticated and despite the short menu they have options for everyone. I took the vegetarian dish which was very good, even for my eyes. The only thing is that, maybe there were too much things in this dish that some flavors disappeared and you actually did not understand what you were eating (even if it was very good and tasty).
