Chi Asian Food — Restaurant in Riga

I have been to restaurant almost a year ago. Feel I should finally leave a review.

Went with wife and two young kids. Made to wait 50 minutes for food. Imagine this with a 5 and 8 year old kid. Thought to cancel order several times but somehow we painfully waited. We ordered Indian food. Food is flavorsome and good for Europen taste, so wife was satisfied, being Latvian. Although the food flavor at other similar high end restaurants in Riga better, location, ambiance and livelyness of this place is equally good.

Price is similar to other exotic cuisine restaurants.

Main problem here is they are short staffed. Both, in service as well as in Kitchen.

Too slow for families. Perhaps as a new couple you could wait an hour for food over a bottle of wine.

For the size and the footfall of the mall, they manage to attract clients but they need to be ready to deal with such footfall.

Must hire much more, well trained staff.

I have worked as a service innovation consultant for high end restaurants in DUBAI with great results. This place can seriously use some innovative ideas to keep clients coming and cater to families in a better way.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this establishment. The dishes served were beyond disgusting, with noticeable pieces of hair in them. It strongly suggests a lack of adherence to any sanitary norms in the kitchen.

The food was not just unappetizing but also felt greasy and cold, indicating poor preparation standards, pherhaps it wasnt even fresh bad prepead beforehand. It's concerning that whoever is working in the kitchen may not be qualified to handle food for customers. Even a stray dog shouldn't be subjected to such low-quality meals.

Regrettably, I won't be returning to this place, and I strongly advise against anyone considering it. The overall kitchen hygiene and quality of the food here leave much...

This place has always given me great food and i have always been back to home with a full tummy. I am writing this review because i have left latvia today and there’s this guy, The only man who’s normally near the reception. He is indian and i have seen that this guy is pretty polite and kind the waitresses are also too good and i have a request to the owner or anyone who reads this review …… since i have left latvia and i won’t be back here but i would love to follow that guy on instagram so my request is that can the owner get me the instagram handle of that guy ?
