I’ve been a loyal customer of Malak Al Tawouk for over 10 years, but my recent experiences have been very disappointing.
On Tuesday, September 16, I ordered through the Toters app. The order arrived very late and the food was cold. I called customer service, and they offered to resend a sandwich, but I declined and only asked that they improve for next time.
Today, I gave them another chance and ordered again — unfortunately, the sandwich was cold again. I immediately called customer service to explain that this was the second time in a row. They apologized and promised to send a fresh order.
However, when the replacement finally arrived, the new sandwich was also cold. Even the delivery driver confirmed it. Out of frustration, I returned both sandwiches and paid for nothing but wasted time and disappointment.
This is very bad service, and it’s not what I expect from a brand I’ve trusted for so many years. I really hope management takes this feedback seriously, because loyal customers like me...
