Zaatar w Zeit — Restaurant in Baushrieh

ZWZ has been always known for their professionalism and exceptional customer service, but this branch is legitimately one of my favorite ZWZ branches. They tick all the boxes or a superb restaurant experience.

Ambiance | ZWZ is located in the ground floor of City Mall, Dora, Though found in the middle of the floor surrounded by shop, surprisingly this area is separated and comfy. Both chairs and couches are available. Design is simple chic and modern. The area is always clean and spacious.

Food | I have always been a fan of ZWZ’s menu, but their new menu items are unique! 3 new items have been added to the menu: Green Wrap: Naturally green cold chicken sandwich with cheese and bacon. Delicious one worth the try! Swiss Boom: My favorite new menu item! A combination of delicious ingredients (Juicy flavored patty, Swiss cheese, and mushroom sauce) wrapped in a baked bun (Oat buns are available) served with fries and coleslaw. Veggie Boom: For all Vegans out there this is for you!!! A delicious vegan burger with oat dough, organic patty and vegetables served with a side salad and fries or baked potato I also had: fries & Cheddar: perfect ratio of cheese to fries served in a hot pot Mighty Kafta with pickles: my all-time favorite light and flavored item Knefe in a pot: Dinner is never over without ZWZ’s Knefe! A simple delight! Overall, all items are generous in portion. Some items are slightly overpriced, but the experience compensates is all. You can never leave disappointed!

Service | Not sure where to start at! I have never seen staff as professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and alert as ZWZ Dora branch. Chapeaux bas to our table waitress Tracy and for the manager Abbas. He is passionate about what he does which is reflected in his work and our experience. Speed of service was also swift!

Was invited to try their new item! Mr. Abbas and the team welcomed us😍😍 we have started with fries topped with cheese and bacon and some mozzarella sticks! The fries were served so crispy and the cheese was perfectly melted 👌👌 The mozzarella sticks were tastyy and yummy 😋

Then we have ordered the green wrap, vegan boom burger and Swiss burger!! The green wrap is and will always be my favorite 😍😍 a well Made spinach wrap filled with grilled chicken, cheese, lettuce, bacon and a special sauce!! It is so tasty and delicious 😋 finally its official in their menu👌👌 The boom burgers were also tasty!! For me the swiss mushroom one is more delicious than the vegan! But the vegan is also good and has many delicious flavors!! So good for the vegan ppl 👌👌

We cannot leave zwz without eating the knefe in the pan! A perfectly made cheese knefe with soma delicious melted cheese!! So perfect and highly recommended!!

Overall it was a great meal!! The food and its presentation were perfect 👌 the service was more than perfect and Mr Abbas and the team were so friendly and helpful!! Good...

Zaatar w Zeit offers a wide variety of Lebanese street food and also western foods... All dishes have a certain twist that is very specific to Zaatar w Zeit... They offer a wide variety of vegan products... A fair number of their wraps can be turned vegan by changing the bread with oat bread that is vegan and contains no dairy milk... And March 2019, Zwz offered more vegan options for lent period! Hoping they’ll keep them all year long! 🤞

After having this branch on the bottommost bottom of my favorite Zwz branches list mostly because of the slowness of the kitchen, things has been moving and changing in a very noticeable way! The crew is still as friendly as ever, and the kitchen is now faster, as fast as other branches and sometimes beating them! And the orders come totally correct now! Thumbs up to doing the necessary to make this branch as perfect...
