Head Office - Roadster Diner — Restaurant in Jal El Dib

We visited roadster jal l dib main branch. The experience was a disaster. The service was very bad. The place was crowded but we had to call several time for a waiter to come take our order. We ordered appetizers and main course and we asked for the appetizers to come first, the waiter waited 3 minutes and came with our order. We told him that we haven't even started eating so he told us that he will keep it on the heat and of course the food came cold. Also we ordered the new menu steak taligata and asked for the beef to be medium the waiter told us that it cant be done medium because the beef is frozen however the meat came medium rare and very below expectations.
