We loved this steak house, and this was the first we liked in Lebanon. Casual and trendy. Great idea for a specialty grill with four main dish items on the menu. With fries or baked potato, Lulu lettuce salad, butter/herb sauce for steak, which service advised was good also for baked potato. It wasn't. We ordered daily special rib eye for 2 for more than twice the cost of a single dish but wasn't enough for two. But very tasty Columbian beef rather than Brazil beef. Looked more like an awesome prime rib steak, which Londoners serve with Yorkshire Pudding. Here's an idea for this restaurant. Want free recipe? French fries with steak? Come on! And fries were less than ordinary. The baked potato was also mediocre - more boiled than baked. Butter with herbs was a fail for us. Try butter alone, or with little garlic. Or just get some sour cream and toast the potatoes well for five stars. Our steak had a rib bone with stringy meat near the bone that was raw since near the bone, but that was the nature of this steak, except the second person had a smaller share. Nevertheless, we loved the place and the food. Our critique points are hopeful suggestions so we can make this place a regular. Also, should have mustard options - English hot mustard from powder, Dijon variety, BBQ or other easy off the shelf condiments or sauces. Loved the experience enough to comment.

This is one of the best places serving quality dishes despite the country situation. The food presentation has kept the same, the texture and items used are no difference to before the crisis. The menu offered is limited, but they always make sure to provide new limited time items such as Ribeye, burgers... My favorite spot is in Jal el Dib as it is more spacious than Gemmayze branch and holds more visitors. I tried both the chicken and Salmon through my visits and both are absolutely perfect! Served with fries/bakes potato, Salad and Bread My companions tried the beef and ribeye and these were outstanding as well. I love their molten chocolate dessert and pain perdu. For sweet cravings go for the pain perdu. If you are seeking a more balanced flavor between dark chocolate and cake: molten cake is your call. • Experiences (5/5) always! • Food Presentation (10/10) • Prices are fair 💰( Menu in next image) • Excellent customer service

Having returned to Swiss Butter after our last visit, we were hopeful for a better experience—and this time, it exceeded expectations. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that every previous concern had been addressed and corrected with care. Our call with Christian Abi Nader reaffirmed the brand’s commitment to quality, and stepping back into the same spot, we were met with a night-and-day difference. The service was smooth, the execution was precise, and most importantly, the consistency we once knew was back. And once again, Rachelle was the star of the show! Her attention to detail, warm professionalism, and ability to turn things around made all the difference. She ensured everything was flawless, proving that great leadership can elevate an entire experience. This visit was a reminder of why Swiss Butter was always a staple for us, and it’s great to see them back on track. Looking forward to the next one!

After leaving a very positive review yesterday because of the very welcoming manager Charbel and he’s very nice approach to correct the mistake they done it with our order ! The cold food and wrong dishes were supplied until the change them. The sauce was very very strong, heavy and you feel like you’re eating only pure mustard with some butter in it !!!! What made me write my 5 stars review that me and my mum both was poisoned from their food, vomiting non stop, strong pain in stomach and diarrhea non stop since now ! I’m typing this msg from my bed ? Very sad that I’ve booked for me and my family a vip table to attend the concert of Wadih el sheikh at MURRAY SEASIDE KASLIK and paid nearly 1000$ to confirm a vip table for 10 persons, Had to call the manager today and explain to them the situation that me and my mum will no longer be able to attend this event. Photos of the correspondents with my mum and sorry To say that but also videos was recorded when vomiting non stop and we can never ever describe how bad we feel and unwell. My msg to the management, pretty sure you had too many complains about similar incidents from other clients which is very clear in the review !! You seriously need to take the necessary action immediately and without hesitation because not everyone will let it go easily ! Pretty sure some people will be taking the necessary and official actions towards you which will end in closing your shop! One more time I’m sorry to say that but our trip, our whole plan for this weekend was screwed because of the very bad food quality you guys served yesterday. As I said we do have clear correspondences, photos and video shows clearly the food that we were vomiting me and my mother. Again, You guys must take this msg in very serious consideration as this is a very high sensitive and...

I had lunch there a couple of days ago and I'm still thinking about how good the whole experience was. The restaurant is well designed, it's neat, clean and pretty hip. I've only been to a handful of other restaurants that share the same "one sauce fits all" concept. The meal consists of a skillet with a choice of Chicken, Beef Fillet, Entrecote, or Salmon as proteine, with a bed of buttery pesto sauce; accompanied with 2 sides of fries/or/baked potatoes and a small salad. The sprinkles of chili cayenne peppers were great for every bite dipped in sauce, followed by a pinch of chili. But the chiliholic in me had to order some more. The food was rich with very interesting tastes. The fillet I had was too good. The foodie in me couldn't but order the special offer burger to share with a friend. The burger was too good, I ended up not sharing it. So overall, the food was great, the place is nice, and last but not least the staff is super friendly, they took the time to explain the concept and to recommend the beast choices on the menu and kept checking upon us throughout the visit. The prices are kinda higher than others in the market, but I woulb even be willing to pay even more for such a "finer" experience. Thank you...
